Grant Awards

Our instructor Gülfer Göze has been awarded the Koç University Summer Professional Development Grant and will be visiting Tufts University Writing Center during  the  month of August 2018. During her visit, she will take part in tutor training, meet the staff and Director of the Writing Center, and observe pre-semester tutoring sessions.

Our Instructor Mehmet Zeki Giritli has been awarded the “Summer Professional Development Program for Instructors” grant and will be conducting research at Trinity College/Dublin in July 2018. He has been invited to present a paper at “Samuel Beckett Summer School” on the staging history of Samuel Beckett’s plays in Türkiye.

Mehmet Zeki Giritli has also been awarded the “Erasmus Teaching Mobility Grant”  and will be visiting the American University of Beirut in Lebanon as a visiting lecturer in Spring 2018.
