Roles and Responsibilities
Who are we?
The Writing Center (KUWC) is an Academic Writing Program service. Our writing consultants are experienced academic writing instructors who are here to read your papers with you and provide feedback.
What do we do?
We offer one-on-one consulting sessions to all KU students and faculty members. We provide coaching on becoming better writers and support you throughout the writing process. We help develop your strengths and deal with any particular writing challenges you might have. However, while we do provide writing support, we do not write or edit papers.
Who can use the Writing Center?
All Koç University students and faculty members are welcome to use our free service.
What should I bring to our appointment?
Please bring the project you are working on, and some form of project instructions (prompt, website information, e-mail from professor, job listing, etc.). Please also bring your KU ID.
